Thick pea and nourishing cream

Nourishing pea cream full of fiber and protein. It reliably represents lunch and dinner.

Time required: Preparation 5 minutes, cooking 15 min

Number of servings: 4

Raw materials:

  • 450 g frozen peas
  • 1 piece of chicken thigh fillet
  • a handful of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoons of salt
  • a pinch of colored pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
  • 1.2 l of boiling water

Pour frozen peas, oatmeal, salt into the pot and pour boiling water over it so that the peas do not leach for a long time and do not lose nutrients and taste. Bring to a boil and, while stirring gently, let it boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, so that the flakes do not stick to us from below.

Meanwhile, fry the thigh steak in olive oil, which we drank before. Roast on both sides, together max 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature, cover and let it simmer slowly so that the meat is ready inside.

Once we have the peas cooked with flakes, add three cloves of garlic, we can add a pinch of pepper, pour moring flakes into the soup, which will increase the amount of fiber and the overall nutritional value, and mix into a smooth cream. Then add about ¼ of roasted meat cut into small pieces into each portion.
